PERNİX SP500 SPRAY SPONGE ADHESIVE
Pernix SP500 is a specially formulated adhesive with high bonding strength, based on synthetic elastomers and containing solvents. It is particularly suitable for use in the furniture industry, adhering various materials such as foam, sponge, felt, in the production of sofas, mattresses, and upholstery. It can also be confidently used for bonding surfaces like MDF, particleboard, wood, and metal. This adhesive ensures excellent bonding performance.
The surface must be both dry and free from dust and dirt. For best results during application, the ambient temperature should not be below 18 °C. Ensure that all products to be applied are within the temperature range of 15 °C to 25 °C. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Shake the spray thoroughly before use. Hold the spray upright and apply it to the surface to be bonded, maintaining a distance of 15-20 cm under standard pressure. Please wait for 24 hours to perform an adhesion test.
