PERNİX N502 FOAM ADHESIVE
Pernix N502 is a solvent-based, non-flammable, elastomer-based, single-component adhesive. It is commonly used in the furniture industry for the production of sofas, beds, couches, chairs, and upholstery. It is safely utilized for bonding various materials such as polyurethane foam, foam, felt, quilted fiber, and similar substances to each other, as well as adhering them to surfaces like MDF, chipboard, wood, and metal.
It can be applied using a spray, roller, or brush. The surface to be applied on should be clean, dry, and free from grease. The ideal ambient temperature should be between 18°C and 25°C. For application with a spray gun equipped with a nozzle, it is recommended to use a pressure of 4-6 bar.
