PERNİX N500 SPONGE ADHESIVE
Pernix N500 is a solvent-based, non-flammable, elastomer-based, one-component adhesive. It is commonly used in the furniture industry for the production of sofas, beds, couches, chairs, and upholstery. It can safely be used to bond polyurethane foam, foam, felt, quilted fiber, and similar materials together, as well as to adhere them to surfaces such as MDF, chipboard, wood, and metal.
It can be applied using spray, roller, or brush. The surface to be applied must be clean, dry, and free of grease. The ideal ambient temperature should be between 18°C and 25°C. It is recommended to apply the product with a spray gun equipped with a nozzle at a pressure of 4-6 bars.
