PERNİX 8011 PERNİX 8011 MEMBRANE PRESS ADHESIVE
It is a polyurethane dispersion-based adhesive that can be used as a single component or, optionally, as a dual-component to enhance heat resistance. It is a next-generation adhesive that can be used as a repair product for PVC, PP, PET, ABS. The polyurethane dispersion adhesive, when used with its hardener, forms a crosslinker, providing excellent water and heat insulation.
It is used to bond PVC foils of various thicknesses to MDF surfaces in all kinds of domestic and foreign membrane press machines. It is easily applied, has low viscosity, dries quickly, and is resistant to water. It bonds both synthetic and natural materials excellently and maintains its resistance at high and low temperatures. It is resistant to moisture and chemicals and provides high adhesion with a low activation temperature for heat-sensitive films. It does not have a negative impact on the environment and does not harm human health.
It can be safely used for bonding wood materials to each other and to various plastic materials such as metal, concrete, and polystyrene foam. It is suitable for bonding in home furniture, kitchen, bathroom door and cabinet repairs and coatings, as well as in membrane press coating manufacturing where water resistance is required.
