Pernix 9001 is a high-performance PSA hotmelt adhesive produced in rubber-based, 100% solid form, and contains no solvents. It is used in the furniture industry for mattress manufacturing, felt-foam bonding, and bonding different density foams together.

PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) adhesives, referred to as pressure-sensitive, are formulated using special rubber raw materials. While PSA adhesives can be sprayed with handheld guns, they can also be applied with nozzles in automatic mattress production machines.
